Here's a trick you can use to get a line of text flush with the top of the screen.

1. Roll the cursor up to the line that you want.
2. Click and add a highlight. Just highlight the next line or whatever you want.
3. Click menu and go to "My Notes & Marks"
4. Choose the appropriate highlight.
5. The highlighted text will now be flush with the top of the screen.
6. You can remove the highlight by clicking on it if you don't want to keep it.

I wish a partial page scroll keyboard shortcut was found, but this will have to do for now.
