As an aside (only slightly off-topic), the novel "A Novel Bookstore" by Laurence Cosse is an interesting mystery wrapped around an inside look at setting up a bookstore strictly for 'good' novels. Lots of information on the risks in being boutique in a market of giant mega-stores. Though internet sales are included, nothing is said about eBooks. A novel worth reading.
