Yes CM7 has flash support. CM7 has only one disadvantaged that I've seen. Up until recently it did not have hardware support for Video (DSP). Recently the new kernels support DSP, but there are still many issues with it.

I take it you can't play mp4 videos then? If that's the case I'll probably just wait for the B&N update and just reroot with the next autonooter that comes along.
