We tried to make the interface as painless as possible. I actually grew up on the TRS-80, pre-mouse and B&W screen, so I relate to the Kindle interface. In that sense, I could definitely see some text adventures working, at the least.

Anyway, if you don't like the default difficulty, you can set it down to 1. (It defaults to 4 on a scale of 1-8.) If you're still not happy, you can switch to Board Set Up Mode and give yourself some extra kings.
