oh god. i tend to be really bossy when i'm leader (not to the point of insulting everyone, just i guess there's something grating about my personality ), simply because i'm anal about certain things.

i wanted to use the group's creativity, that's why i keep asking for their input. but they just smile at me like dummies and don't say a thing. damnit. most of my classmates are business students, as well. how can they be effective in the workplace if they don't air their own ideas when they're asked to? i guess they're shy, but that's why i try not to lose my temper. i'm trying to get them to talk, but there's a limit to my smiles :P
