Let me be the Devils advocate for a moment, part of the exercise could be to see who steps up and takes charge, getting the other people to do what is needed would be stepping up. It sounds like you have done that to a point, now go get your Jack boots on and make them do their tasks. Telling your Prof that they didn't help isn't going to do much good. If I were the Prof I would pass or fail the group as a whole. did you select someone to be a project leader?

I really feel for you, I have been in that situation far to many times in my career both in school and work. Go kick some ass and you'll feel better
