Yeah, class action lawsuit I can see it now - "By letting the latecomers from HSN have the update first before their loyal patrons who have patiently waiting for months, B&N knowingly and maliciously created a situation where members of the class had severe panic attacks, heart attacks and other serious emotional, physiological and psychological conditions. "
A lot of these shopping channels are about hype - like quoting a "retail price" that's 50% above the real retail price then saying they are having a secret sale just for you of 25% off! What a deal!
