I bought a Color Nook in Newington, NH this morning. They had them in stock. The guy at the display counter mentioned that an upgrade was probably coming in the next few weeks. I said I was glad that B&N seemed to be embracing the Android platform more (instead of hiding it), and he mentioned a few of the things HSN mentioned (e.g. email app) as possibilities. He wasn't telling me this stuff as a sales pitch (I already said I was buying it), but just as informal chit-chat. We shall see...
