The iLiad is a very nice machine. Its a bit slow, but it has the only viable screen for reading PDF files. Support depends on the day, and whom you reach i guess
But thats the way it is with small companies that are run over by demand.
I do hope they introduce a nicer machine mid 2008 with a larger screen, better hardware power management and much better software
