Oh yes, I agree with you entirely. An international release is my wish for the future; I understand entirely why they did a limited release initially.

Given that all eInk readers are in short supply due to the capacity limits of the screen manufacturer, I think it's too early to say. All the readers (Sony, Gen3, Kindle) are selling every unit they can get hold of at present. The test will come when manufacturing capacity has increased and supply could potentially exceed demand.
