I broke them in half first so all the cholesterol could fall out.
I figure that if my 'usual' diet is basically cholesterol-free and fat-free low calorie eating, breaking the rules for one meal every couple of weeks won't do me any harm, and makes it easier to follow the diet in general. I don't feel as if I'm 'missing' anything.
I was never good at wearing hair shirts or beating myself with wire flails.
