Greetings from the 'ZOU

Bon soir everyone! I've been lurking here for about a week and decided to join this extremely resourceful, helpful and most of all AWESOME forum!

A bit about me:
I hail from the (sometimes) sunny land of mid-Missouri, affectionately known as the 'ZOU (short for Mizzou - University of Missouri).

I am a new Kindle owner (K3 with 3G - LOVE it!!) Umm...books, books, books, books. I have boxes upon boxes upon boxes of books that I've had to put into storage because of space issues and the Kindle is the perfect solution to this! Thank you Amazon!!

While I do have a black cat (her name is Shadow), she is not the kitty in my picture. I do, however, own the book in the picture (Faith of the Fallen by Terry Goodkind) and love the fact that the cat is "reading" the book. This is one of my favorite books - part of the Sword of Truth series - and am currently reading it for the umpteenth time!

I currently do tech support for Shelter Insurance, have 2 degrees in Music (I know, super nerd!) and graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays KS.

Just a small town girl.... (cue Don't Stop Believin')

Anyways, that's a little about me. Thought I'd drop a line and say Bonjour (oh yeah, i'm semi-fluent in French...random)

Au revoir
Sarah aka BornMusician
