well there are actually media sellers that sell you a copy of the file.
and this is what I want.

all those who want to just lease and call it a sale are free to go elsewhere with their crap. In this case I'll go and buy the cheapest pboook (preferably used - no money for them) and make an ebook I own.
and its not according to the law but depends on the ebookshops terms of use -these are no laws.
