Follow-up. I took Mom back yesterday to have her blood tested again, and the staff was VERY polite. A lab tech that we haven't seen before did the blood test and promised that we would get a call with the doctor's instructions as soon as he came in. The nurse from last week is the one who called, and she did so in a timely fashion and was polite and professional with Mom. Hopefully we have all moved on, and maybe she even learned something. I hope.  |
