Large mug of Ceylon Uva POCT beside my keyboard. Smells good.

Is my mind playing tricks on me, or do I really remember reading something about this being an interesting new diet methodology?

Black flies are the National Bird of Canada. There, they don't squirt them with bug spray, they shoot them with shotguns! Nasty bugs! I can remember some canoe trips into the 'Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness' where the Black Flies were so thick, you HAD to use head nets just to be able to breath without inhaling them! We had to cover ourselves with 100% Deet repellent as anything less wouldn't keep them away.
