  • You can adjust the brightness to match the light in the room.
  • You can experiment with soft background colors.
  • You can get flux, which is a program, that softens or hardens the colors of the screen depending on the time of day. It's definitely improved my reading and browsing experience.
  • Use bigger font size, so your eyes don't strain so much.
