Hi Jam353. I bought a Sony 505 at the Sony store in Arlington , VA just after New Years. I got it for $170 as it was a window display and had been taken out of the box. But it is in perfect shape and I really like it.

Have already read several books on it and helped myself to about 35 free Classics. Let us know when you get yours and how you like it.
