Even if they close that loophole, there is another one that was intentionally left open so that referrer sites (google, twitter, etc) can get in. Spoofing that has been trivial for a long time.
Either make the content publicly available, or not. Trying to do both at once isn't going to work, because there are always people out there smarter than you are, that will find ways around it.
