Corbett, Jim: Maneaters of Kumaon. v1. 21 Mar 11

This is an account of hunting tigers for fun and safety in northern India in the 1930s. Corbett writes clearly, though more sensitive readers may object to both hunting tigers for sport (which he does) and referring to Indian farmers as "unspoilt" (which he also does).

The archive.org copy I read and built on is filled with OCR glitches. I don't know the best practices for compiling an epub and I did not look them up (it would dampen my enthusiasm). I have corrected the text and made the pictures less awful, but there is still room for improvement and I would not take it personally if someone added some maps and better pictures and uploaded a v2.

Comments welcome, enjoy the book.
