Having just read the article, Apple applied for Trademark and it was approved but this is now being opposed by another bastion of free speech - Microsoft... at the moment then Apple do have it trademarked until a court ruling on Microsoft's enlightened opposition... until that time (and after if they win) Apple are perfectly entitled to claim and defend the trademark... damn, I really should have become a lawyer, there're rich pickings here but my parents were married...
