I've read the entire rest of the Sime~Gen series, including the sample chapters of
To Kiss Or To Kill that are on the official fan/promo site. (And most of the fanfic there. And a good portion of the fanfic elsewhere on the web.)
And um. What the $%#*@! is that cover? S~G is a science fiction series involving humanity being split into two subspecies, one of which more-or-less enslaves the other & uses them for energy-food. I've got no idea what the half-naked girl-on-horseback cover is supposed to connect to.
First Channel is the third book published in the series, but the first chronologically on the timeline; they don't need the first two for it to make sense. (However, they also don't need to make readers think they're missing the first two; gonna lose sales by starting with "Book 3.")
