Me too!
There are guys on the forums who make videos of some procedures, and when they're well done they are the only thing that comes close. But an interactive shop manual? I would adore that. I can't tell you how many times I have run aground on uncertainty about whether the reason I can't get this bolt to move, is because it is stuck, or because it's not supposed to come out until something else is done first.
Unfortunately I fear this runs into economy problems. Even if the structural framework to create it already available, it would cost a lot to create the content, and if the app-book cost enough that that investment could be recouped from the small number of buyers, it would be prohibitively expensive, which means it will sell even fewer copies.
