Second floor? Hmmmm.

Have you ever considered putting things in flower pots? You know, flowers on your window ledge? OOOPPPS, one just happened to fall off.

Speaking of trash on the street;

When I lived down south in the land of the hot sun I had some dogs wander around on trash days looking for a meal. Now this was a suburban area and these weren't stray dogs. Somebody turned them loose each morning.

As everybody knows, I'm a real nice guy.

But I don't care to spend much time picking up ripped open plastic trash bags. So....

I started putting about a third of a cup of sudsy ammonium in each bad and tying the bags as tight as I could.

The bags were ripped open exactly twice. Problem solved.
