Aye, but there's the rub, the words 'designed for' - sometimes (not just ebook covers either) I think a generic item is made for a purpose, and then mildly adapted for different lines/models.
And, some people have said they like a cover which is made for other makes of ereaders, that would accept another with the use of this wheeze - or 'improve' the fit of others, rather like putting an insole into a shoe ?
But it is not this way. When you look for a cover you search with the name of your device and get search results. The manufactuerer claims this is made for Device XYZ. So it has to fit the model of your reader. Period. If I pay for a cover that is made for my PRS 350 it has to fit it. If not it will be returned as it is not what I ordered. Why should I make excuses or mend it for the manufacturer?
