These cases probably won't be of interest to men nor even to all women, but I found the Vera Bradley mini hipster works perfectly to carry my PRS-505. The reader fits in the main zippered compartment like it was custom-designed for it. There is also a zipper pouch on the front flap that I carry some earbuds in. There's an open slip-in sleeve on the back that holds my iPod mini (clip-on case for security) and one of those tiny travel LightWedge lights.
