It was Van Dale, so I cannot share the dictionary, sorry...
Unfortunately, I am not aware of a good free Dutch-English dictionary. All I could do is to provide you with the scripts I used, so you could try to rebuild the Van Dale (or other) dictionary if you buy one. As I mentioned, my scripts were just "quick hacks" although homitzky has reported success in using them for EN-PL dictionary.
