I agree that cutting the prices is one of the way to curb piracy.

I love reading but the prices for the ebooks are just so crazy...imagine 7,000 words for USD3. What I can only do is save these ebooks up in my wishlist and pray for deep discounts ie Kobobooks or Fictionwise or other resellers/publishers to buy them.

As for the books, I can only do is wait till a year period is over and hopefully cheaper versions would be out by then or try secondhand online bookstores ( trust on their description of their books )
