The trouble with doing this for all books is... if the book has not be created in calibre in the first place you MAY stuff up some of the formatting. I have seen people ending up with two covers and even no TOC. Harper Collins latest books you can end up with these type of problems.

Unless there is a way you know, for calibre to do a convert without re-writing the CSS file, that would help fix many problems?...
