Hi, carpetmojo. I would check the audiobook file format first. Is it WMA or MP3? You can only use library audiobooks in the MP3 file format with the Sony ereaders. Many libraries have larger collections of WMA's than MP3's so it is always good to double-check which format you are borrowing.
