Oh, it's completely Japanese! They only make the big instruction manuals in English for the products they export. This one is made for the Japanese market. 6-page instruction manual (with bad pictures) but a 25-page 'warning' manual;
"Do not use the communicator as a hammer."
"Do not submerge the main transmitter in Battery Acid."
"Do not place inside microwave ovens while in use."
