Pawn shop owners always remind me of leeches.
People come to them only when they really, really need money, bringing their precious treasures to sell only because they must, and the pawn shop owners give them sooooo little for them. Of course I realize that it's necessary in order to run their business, but I can't help feeling sorry for the sellers, and feeling that the shop owners are sucking their blood.
