My Autobiography by Charlie Chaplin is a good read and none of it was ghostwritten. The same goes for The Words by Jean Paul Sartre and The Story of My Experiments with Truth by Mahatma Gandhi. Long Walk to Freedom is good too but I don't think it was entirely written by Nelson Mandela.
