Repeat freebie @ B&N and Sony. This was not available to Canadians at the latter, if I recall correctly.

Since it's a multi-store repeat, will likely also show up again for Kindle, too.

ETA: Also free directly from publisher in ADE ePub and PDF. US and Puerto Rican addresses only.
