For me, the timing is right and the shoppers are hungry on Ebay for gen1 iPads. Ipads aren't going to increase in value by waiting another year, so I figured that I would sell mine (got $450 for it) and get a new one. Cameras? Naw, not so much, but faster and more responsive? yeah, I'll go there. I look at it like trading in a car (get a decent return) and buying a new one. True, most of us don't change cars on a yearly basis, but then computers/tablets don't hold their value for more than a couple of years either.
