Ok Seriously, I think the suggestion that you get someone in to clean was a great suggestion, but not because I think you're a pig, but because your wife will love you if you have those things that no husband knows how to clean, cleaned
When my wife's away I tend to get things done that I haven't had time to get to, reformatting PC's, new tires on the car, clean out the garage, you know all those things we don't get to because we have Honey Do lists. Enjoy it!
