Thanks for all your help. I've managed to re-create all my collections on my Kindle from Calibre using the plugin, and aside from the samples not being part of it - everything went smoothly. Such a pleasure.
Actually, this is a problem for me as tagging and "grouping" information is my major vice - procrastination here I come!
