Don't blame the libraries. They are getting hit from all sides. From publishers who don't even want libraries to exist, to people who blame the library instead of the real source of the problem, to a sucky economy and budget cuts
I'm quite involved in our local library, in regards to ebooks, and the stories I hear from the head admin are just nightmares.
so say a thankyou to your library for even carrying ebooks. Positive reinforcement and all that. And place the blame directly where it belongs, on the publishers. [not the authors mind you, the publishers]
