After you re-register they do show up (as opposed to downloading--i.e. it's there in your library but when you open the book you get the details page with an option to download) and a few of the books seem to download automatically. But when I reset mine I had to redownload most of them--but then again, my library is very large. I haven't figured out how many books automatically download or why it stopped automatically downloading, but it might have only automatically downloaded until I tried to do something with the nook.
Also happened with the 1.5 upgrade. I have 500 books now so I just download a book when I'm about to read it rather than try to do ~ 425 manually at once.
You'll also have to reload all your sideloaded materials.
