I tried this update on the advice of a coworker who did it on his 650. My 300 is now stuck on "Opening Book". The computer doesn't even recognize it any more. I noticed after the fact that it is recommended that you reconnect the reader back to the computer after the download to delete the installer file. I would have thought that if this was a necessary part of the install and needed to be done quickly then it would have been noted at the start of the procedure. Good update for the 300 if you are looking for a reason to go out and buy a new reader. Anyone have any ideas as to how to restore? I tried the reset button and even that doesn't work. Please help.
