In the case of these two kids, I think that it's all over.
I had a similar problem with one guy who decided not to bother me after we had confrontation in school. He wanted to trade punches but I had him on the ground after only one blow and in a scissor lock hold. Both of my thumbs were pressing tightly into his carotid arteries. His friends couldn't believe it and just watched. After a minute he stopped struggling and I released my hold on him.
Before that incident he would go out of his way to torment me. But I never had another problem with him again over the last three years of school.
It worked, but I liked this kids solution much better. And best of all is that this video is on the internet for all to see.
