When I first started using my 650 it locked once or twice when I accidentally did a double tap to open a book instead of a single tap.
I believe that this is a known issue with the touch edition series.
Now that I have developed the habit of using double taps only for notes and dictionary lookups, and single taps for pretty much everything else, the issue has not repeated itself.
