@nynaevelan - are you setting your Catalog format to "MOBI"?
@NiLuJe - test zip updated for extensions and encoding, plus a different check for book types. This one warns for None, and just adds a message about newspapers, magazines and blogs not being collectable.
The Kindle not allowing periodicals in collections is a bit odd...
