They seemed to be lumped in with other info in the cacheExt.xml file (full path is database\cache\cacheExt.xml).
Under each book I've read is <dicHistories> with the searched words listed under that section. I'm not sure if the list is cleared when you start another book though, or my other read books are clear because of all the fooling around I've done with PRS+ last week.
