Dang, I didn't know that... That's too bad... I recently read his foreword in a Myth book, mostly about how he and Jody wrote the new Myth-series, and his life experiences, and he seemed like a nice and fun guy, I can't believe he was already dead at the time...
According to Wikipedia he died in bed reading Terry Pratchet... How's that for irony ? Life truly is stranger then fiction...
