The problem with putting any threats in it--even as a joke--is that if someone gets attacked in the way you described, they may assume you somehow made that happen.

If you say, "don't charge for it or your house will get burned down," and they sell their laptop with who-knows-what-files on it, and then their house burns down, they may charge you with arson. (Which is not particularly reasonable, but people whose houses just burned down aren't known for their strong logic and calm rationality skills.)

If you feel that "funny threat" really is part of what you want to include, make it completely outrageous. "If you charge money for this without clearing it with the author, green-skinned tentacled aliens from Beta Eridani will send the orbital mind-control lasers to infect your third-grade teacher with wizard pox and EVERYONE WILL KNOW IT'S YOUR FAULT."

Vague but actually physically possible threats are a really, really bad idea.
