Michelangelo did not do anything all that wonderful. It did not find all the proper ends of paragraphs to put them back together again. It's an add-on for MS Word. I did take some PDF that I knew by looking where the paragraphs began and ended and yes, it worked in some cases, but not all and not enough to be worth the cost. When I used it to try to change the font size, it hung. Basically, it doesn't work as advertised and it can be made to hang.
