Tim and i are stuck in the plateau from hell. We have tried all of the tips and tricks. Last week at my sister's birhday dinner, we decided to eat whatever we wanted. We got the unlimited ribs, and sweet tater fries, etc. The next morning, i had lost the first pound since Feb 4. Whatever!

We are seeing the loss in our clothes, even if not on the scale. I look like a circus full of elephants has moved out of my pants. And my bat wings have tightened up nicely.

As for fitness, i am walk/running 3 miles now at the track. Still doing water aerobics 1 or 2 times a week, and inthe water is where i do my upper body and arm toning. And since spring is in full blast, we are hiking. Did a 9 mile trail last week through beautiful Alabama woods last week, with heavy boots, and it was such fun!

My number 1 issue was diabetes, and that is going great. Have become sensitive to insulin for the first time in the 2000's, and must skip a shot altogether on pool days or else risk hyperglycemia. So it is all good, even if the scale does not show it.
