It's very likely that the blog's owner has set the RSS feed options to only allow the first paragraph or so. If that's the case, there's nothing you can do about it, except maybe contact the blog owner about changing the settings. (Some are that way by default and the blogger is happy to change on request. Others want the feed options to be limited so people have to visit their blog, rather than get their content from other places.)
