Anyone else having issues with the resulting collections on the kindle not matching the details in the log after using the plugin?

For example, the results.txt file shows that I should have a collection named News with 16 entries. The collection is based on documents with the Tag 'News' (items downloaded from various News Sources in Calibre).

However, after I restart my kindle the News collection only has 1 article. The 15 other articles are on the Kindle but just listed as stand alone articles and not part of the collection?

Any ideas how to resolve the discrepancy?
