Thanks for the quick responses guys, i appreciate the help. I am still on the fence with this decision...
On one hand, i love the idea of having EPub books especially down the line if i decide to get a new reader, i know they will work (aside from Kindle). i want to give the Nook a shot, but just have a feeling in the end i will feel i made a mistake, in terms of its reliability and performance. Maybe some nook owners here can chime in.
On the other hand i do see quite a few people who have moved from the nook to the kindle and have never looked back, giving it nothing but praise. I have rarely read anything negative about the kindle and it's performance aside from it's lack of Epub and library support.
Delphin, i don't want to disregard your Sony recommendation, i really don't. I have a ton of products from them in my home, including multiple HDTV's, a PS3 etc. Although i feel they are mostly overpriced there is no denying the quality (Same as apple). The make excellent products, but you pay for them. For an E Reader i'm just not sure i could justify the price. If i could, i'd almost certainly get the PRS-950, which there is still an outside chance
